Hengyang Jinhua High Pressure Container Co., Ltd.
Hengyang Jinhua High Pressure Container Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunan Jinhua Technology Group, was founded in March 18, 2008 and restructured as a limited liability company on Dec. 16, 2013. Presently we have a registered capital of 49.64 million Yuan and 158 shareholders. Our controlling shareholder is Hengyang Jinhua Technology Co., Ltd. and our legal representative is Peng Qi. Our company engages in the development, manufacturing and sale of metal pressure vessel and is one of the manufacturers for seamless steel gas cylinder, compressed natural gas steel cylinder for automobiles, and steel-lined hoop-winding CNG gas cylinder.

In 2009, our company obtained the Manufacture License of Special Equipment as issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC (AQSIQ) and has the production license qualification of B1 and B3 level. Our B1-level product includes seamless steel gas cylinder which is applicable to containing permanent gas or high pressure liquefied gas, such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide. Now the product has come into extensive use in industry, national defense, medical treatment, scientific research and other spheres. Our B3-level products include compressed natural gas steel cylinder for automobiles and steel-lined hoop-winding CNG gas cylinder, with compressed natural gas as filling medium. These products featuring high safety, energy saving and being environmental-friendly, have been widely used in cars, buses, and trucks. Now the products are classified into such types as Φ219, Φ232, Φ279, Φ300, Φ325, Φ356 and Φ406 and cover a complete range and more than 20 specifications (28 L to 150L).
In 2010, our company obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification from BV Group and the ISO11439:2000 product certification and factory certification as approved by SGS. Complete quality control system, stable product quality and favorable brand image allow us to enjoy a ready sale in both domestic and overseas markets. In addition to our marketing network in the northwest and southwest of China, North China, South China and East China, we have set up four major bases for foreign trade in the Middle East, Russia, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. According to authoritative information of the AQSIQ in 2013, Yinhua’s has ranked the 6th in China in terms of annual output of high-volume products and the 3rd regarding sales performance.
Going public: In December 2013, our company, along with Wanlian Securities, officially started the work concerning three new boards listing. On May 6, 2014, our company’s three new boards were successfully listed (stock abbreviation: Jinhua Gaorong; stock code: 430749) at the stock transfer system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing. On May 23, 2015, chairman Peng Qi accompanied deputy mayor Zhang Hewen to attend the Bell Listing Ceremony in Beijing as held by the stock transfer system for small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide. On May 30, 2014, Zhou Haibing, deputy Party secretary and mayor of Hengyang and chairman Peng Qi personally unveiled the nameplate for Jinhua Gaorong. The successful listing of Jinhua Gaorong brought about the “four firsts” during the capital growth in Hengyang: the first new three boards listing enterprise in Southern Hunan, the first listed new three boards enterprise with targeted addition in Hunan, the first listed private enterprise in the city and the first listed enterprise as registered and with controlling shareholder in the locality for 18 years.
Future plan: Purchase land of 139 mu and enter Songmu Industrial Park; invest 280 million Yuan to construct three production lines with annual production capacity of 500,000 gas cylinders and a production line for cold-drawing high-pressure cylinder tube. The project plans to be complete and put into operation within three years. At that time, the strategic objective of “large-scale industry, attaining new heights in benefit and high-class competitiveness” will basically be realized. Besides, we shall play a leading role in the south central region.
